HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have been hosting travelers, and meeting for a coffee or a beer. It's great to hear stories and get to know people from all over the globe. We are all people who can learn from and teach each other life's gems.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

All over Europe, and in Japan..., with HC too. I love the fact that for just a couple of days you can BE a local person and not a tourist. Concert in Milan, Snowboarding an Austrian Glacier...
Hosted many people's in Oz. Can't imagine traveling any other way now.

Music, Movies, and Books

Films that make you think:- Films where the director has thought and been an individual; comedy, romance, adventure, Matrix I, Suspense and Espionage ... I enjoy poetry, Shakespeare, Acoustic guitar i.e. unplugged albums usually captivate me... but open to experiencing new music. Very impacted and immersed in Shantaram.
I need to read more and enjoy sinking into a new world in a book, or even a new line of thinking... to open my eyes, or simply turn them in a new direction.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Moved to Europe, sweden.
A 6 month trip around Japan, and Europe.
Made a short film for Tropfest.
Saw Uluru - breath taking, life changing. Really began to appreciate my own land.
Diving on Great Barrier Reef.
Discovering I had Irish and Swedish heritage.
