COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Great so far, I went to places and met people I would have never had the chance to meet otherwise. More than the economic side, the human dimension is a priceless added value of the CS experience.

Feeling the cooling effect of a fresh carrot juice after several hours walking in the streets of Jerusalem... the little pleasures of life!

I can be passionate about cooking for others, it's the best way to relate to both nature and people, taking the ingredients and transforming them into food to the body and the soul... I've never been able to follow a recipe though, according to inspiration, I can make a delicious dish of whatever is available at the moment! I myself don't eat anything that screamed for its life while being transformed into food.
