Über mich
Hi! My name from Kazakh means "honest man". I try to live up and sometimes it works.
I like thinking about things. I think the main question is "who am I" and "what am I doing here". For me, there hasn't been an easy answer to that yet.
I also think that defining oneself is necessarily reductive, because we are so much more than we can ever define.
I try to help people and improve our world.
Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin
Previously I used Couchsurfing to find accomodation for incoming student volunteers for March 7-8. These volunteers were part of a social exchange project "AIESEC University" that aimed at working with children from underprivileged families. This is something I am hugely proud of as a person, and something I will emphasize later in life.
I am not accepting guests right now because I am on my trip to the US. But also I live in the dormitory which does not allow other people in.
Interessen
I like learning new things. I like singing. I like writing poetry recently. I like meeting new people and making friends. I am interested in improving my life, simple as that. My dream in life is to be a hub of positive change.

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe
When I was in tenth grade, I did a parachute jump in steppes near Rudnyi. The parachute was a Soviet era one - old, not terribly safe, not particularly comfortable with a vertical speed of 2 meters per second. Out of all the vast steppe I chose the most misfortunate spot to land - the parking place near the runway. I had to steer as I was approaching, but the wind was strong. Luckily I planed just about ten meters over the parked cars and managed to avoid the trees! Still I broke my metatarsal bones on my right leg. At least now I have a good story to tell, and a story to fill this box
