About Me
Its difficult to write on ones own self. Am currently pursuing research in Visual studies.
Travel and food are two utmost passions of my life. An unquenched desire to know new cultures, food, places and people. I am sure this would be an amazing place to share, get inspired and find co-travelers down the road :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Couchsurfing was recently introduced to me by a friend. A newbie here. Would like to travel to new places not like a tourist but have an insider's view to it. Make new friends and discover new cultures and traditions through a local's eye :)
At the same time will be glad to be a guide whilst your stay in Delhi.
Interests
Reading and researching new cultures, Anthropology, History, Monuments,Mountaineering, Theatre, Nature, cycling, poetry, dancing, learning new languages, cooking and experimenting in exotic food and playing basketball are few of my interest areas.

Music, Movies, and Books
Hindustani classical, blues, country, folk, blues, soft rock are few kinds of genres I like in music. Books and movies- the list is endless. Orhan Pamuk, Carlos Castaneda, Ayn Rand, Susan Sontag, Faiz Ahmed Faiz, Terry Goodkind, Khaled Hosseini, Paul Coelho are few of the authors I like to go through.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Worked with underprivileged kids both at Bangladesh and India. Have conducted theatre workshops and street plays for children. The immense joy, unsurmountable love and contentment one gets from these kids is simply amazing.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can be a good guide for monument sightseeing and local places, which includes amazing eateries :)
