Overview
About Me
I have always been a keen travelIer and recently completed my masters in conservation biology at the University of Kent in England. Prior to that I travelled quite a bit of India initially as a camp counsellor and resource person for wildlife and adventure camps around the country which played a role in strengthening my resolve to take up conservation for my masters. I have since explored more of India, a good part of south England and spent two months in Madagascar for my dissertation project on the Greater Bamboo Lemur staying with local forest rangers in their homes which definitely was a unique and unforgettable experience.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Amazing may be putting it loosely but midway through an internship in the rainforests of the western ghats of India, I got spectacularly lost in the jungle for about 12 hours, after which I found my way out following a dry seasonal stream downhill to the closest village. While I realize that it may not sound like it, it probably was one of the most cathartic experiences of my life.
Teach, Learn, Share
I love hearing and sharing experiences and stories with people only made better by a cup of coffee or a drink :)
