I am an Indian student on exchange in Turku, Finland. The more I live in Finland, the more I feel like I was born to be a Finn. I don't talk unless necessary, and when I need to I can be the most pleasant person you've ever met. I'm an avid listener, but once I'm started, the stories keep on pouring. I don't have an opinion on things I don't know well yet (including how couchsurfing functions exactly).

I'm ambivert when sober, extrovert when drunk.

I'm an ardent quizzer, so expect me to recall random geopolitics issues, sports trivia, latest sci-biz-tech, and add in a sprinkle of art and music. "Did you know that the only reason that English has different words for the livestock animals and their meats is because the English royalty who ate the meats spoke French, while the peasants spoke English."

I am a huge fan of mystery thrillers; Dan Brown, in particular. Reading Angels & Demons inspired me to travel to Rome and see the monuments and art for myself. When I eventually did, the angels did guide my way.

For the past year, I've been reading the classics of the 20th century, from Asimov's Foundation series to Doughlas Adams's Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, and from F. Scott Fitzgerald's The Great Gatsby to George Orwell's 1984.

I'm also a mediocre Potterhead (I've seen the maniacal ones), and have been through the young adult phase reading the Hunger Games and Twilight sagas. Not my proudest phases. smh.

I listen to classic 80's rock. Queen. AC/DC. Guns N' Roses. Bon Jovi. Aerosmith. Def Lepperd. Deep Purple. And more recent bands like Foo Fighters. Sometimes I listen to EDM or TrapNation mixes. Most times I let Youtube make me a random playlist.
