Hi,

I'm an engineer from Bangalore, India. I have lived all but four years of my life in Bangalore. Time and again i have looked to explore hills and beaches of India. I particularly like the calm and secluded places which make for an ideal getaway from the hectic city life.

In my free time i also listen to music, watch sports (test cricket mainly) (i won't bore you with that if we ever meet, i promise) and i also watch movies selectively

I'm not religious and don't like to get into arguments that revolve around it. My political opinions are also liberal but i respect individuality and rarely get into arguments

As i travel, i'd like to meet new people and understand different cultures. A hotel room is a safe, but not necessarily the best way to get to know a new place

I like most good music.
I like indian film scores - AR Rahman especially (who doesn't love him?)
Apart from Indian music, i also like some popular and rock bands/artists - U2, Oasis, Coldplay, Keane, Norah Jones, Bon Iver to list a few. Lately i have been listening to a lot of Opeth, Steven Wilson, Enslaved and some operatic metal music such as Nightwish & Epica

Planning to do the Chadar Trek in Ladakh. Till then visiting North Eastern States of Sikkim and Mizoram are easily the best experiences of my life
