Aerospace Engineering student from Iowa State University interning at Daher-Socata for a few months looking to meet some cool people and to do some cool things on the weekend.

PHILOSOPHY

It's not my job to run the boat,
The whistle I cannot blow.
It's not my job to say
How far the yacht's allowed to go.
It's not my job to throttle down,
Or even clang the bell,
But let the damned thing hit the dock
And see who catches hell.

Nonfiction wise, Wired for War, Fate is the Hunter, and Outliers. Fiction favorites include the ASOIAF series, Catcher in the Rye, His Dark Materials, GWTDT, Jack Reacher, and Old Man's War books, aaaaand all the other ones just on the verge of my mind...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I started a project as a Freshman that has turned into a multi-disciplinary, 10-student group project that was just offered funding from Boeing. I could not be more proud of my team or the work we're doing.
