Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Great!:) I've hosted two people in Gdańsk and I also got couch in Norway

Interests

My big interest is sailing. I sail whole my life and i hope i will never have to stop. Mainly I sail on lakes but i have also sailed to Bornholm and Gotland. I love Baltic Sea and Masurian Lakes both. Last summer i tried to sail on small boats called Omega which is very uncommon on Masurian lakes. On those yachts I could reach lakes which are unavilable for normal yachts. Last winter, Polish lakes haven't got frozen so i could rent a yacht for 3 days to celebrate New Year's Eve:). I met only one another yacht, whereas normaly I pass by one every minute.
My second sea crusie was Classic Cup. It is regatta organized by Polish sailors which main point is to sail without any electronic. Sailing without GPS is quite chalangeing nowadays but whe managed to survive and even win:)
To sum up, i like sailng chalanges and sailng oldschool way.

Music, Movies, and Books

I dont like stupid movies I will feel quite depressed if i realize that watching some movie was waste of time. Even worse is if read stupid book. I dont like books writen just for people' entertainment (with some exceptions) but realy apreciate good reportages or psycholigical books. But actually I cant say I read a lot, just a few book per year.
When it comes to movies aspiecially like movies directed by Tim Burton, or Emir Kusturica.
I like jazz and folk the most. My favourite artists are Beirut, Devendra Banhart, Tomasz Stańko, Animal Collective, Owen Pallet (I love his music a lot) or Możdżer.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Skimming on windsurfing is the best thing which I can imagine. Really, the BEST. But I haven't tried paraglideing yet:)

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach sailing and windsurfing everyone! And i can teach how to make béchamel sauce and some vegetarian dishes:)
I would like to improve ma sailing with some true experts and learn climbing and surfing.
