About Me
CURRENT MISSION
I can do more!
ABOUT ME
I would rather let others talk about me ... well only if they have something good to say, lol.
Since I really have to, I can say few things and once you get to know me, you can write a reference on my profile.
Believe that I'm open minded person with a good sense of humour. I respect all human beings and expect the same back from others.
I'm interested in so many things that will make a long list if I'll put them all here, and I would like to learn some more, in particular some languages.
PHILOSOPHY
Carpe Diem!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Even that you might think I'm new on CS (which is true to some extent), I've been introduced to CS by a former colleague in 2008 when I was about to travel from Afghanistan (where I used to live and work at that time) to Malaysia. For some reasons I didn't get to have a CS account, but since then I met many CSers in person when I was living in Sri Lanka and some here.
Now that I'm back in Kosovo and pretty much settled in, I decided to be part of CS community and offer my couch to CSers visiting Pristina and possibly Gjakova (if I happened to be there during the weekends but only during the Summer).
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I know many CSers, who are my friends now, but still I look forward to having a 'real' CS experience, hosting or being hosted by a CSer didn't met before.
Interests
I consider to be a dedicated environmentalist, if I talk about saving this and that don't take me as cheap person :) I prefer to walk and cycle and enjoy doing sports like football, tennis, running, swimming, and water sports.
Human rights are very important to me, saying that doesn't mean I don't care about animals. For some years now I don't have a pet and in my opinion animals are born to live in a wild (well, most of them).
Obviously travelling is one of the things I love, meeting people, learning about and experiencing different cultures.
Also I'm very interested in cultural heritage, so my preference is to visit places that do have rich history.

Music, Movies, and Books
Can't imagine life without books and music.
I enjoy a lot reading but sometimes I just get lazy and don't read books regularly, but still I do read quite a lot online.
Music is very important part of my daily life. While I enjoy listening to different genres of (good) music, my favourite is Rock including many sub-genres as well as instrumental and chill out music. It won't be difficult to make a list of my top five favourite bands but if you ask me to add one more, then I have to add hundreds...
Also I like watching films a lot, mainly dramas and documentary films, but sometimes I keep forgetting them so I end up watching a same film couple of times :) which is fine when it's a good one.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
There are so many amazing things to do and places to see so no matter how many fascinating places I've visited, I look very much forward to do and travel more.
Teach, Learn, Share
"Every day is a school day".
Through CS, which I see as a great opportunity to exchange values with others, I would like to meet people not just to offer a place to stay but also to learn something from them, and at a same time share my life and travel experiences, as well as things I posses at my place.
