I am a university student studying away from my home country. I am from Malaysia and is currently residing in New Zealand (studying at Victoria University of Wellington, majoring in Biology)

I love culture, meeting new people, baking, volunteering, babies, BTS and new adventure.

I treasure my friends who came from all over the world. It is super interesting to learn about a whole new mindset, upbringing and background of other people. It helps me to be more accepting towards the differences that we have among humans. The experiences always felt humbling and rewarding for me. 😁

I really love volunteering, apart from travelling around and learning about new culture, I would also love to do some volunteering in the place that I visited.

I had been involved with few of the volunteering groups in New Zealand, and I love it. Meeting same minded people who would love to do good and help others are super awesome.

These days, I enjoy reading self-help book. My favourite at the moment is Dale Carnegie's Stand and Deliver; How to become a masterful communicator.

I dont really watch a lot of movies, but my favourite series would be Supernatural and Castle

This year (2016), I had travelled with a group of people who came from different country; who I only knew for 2-3 days before we went travelling. I had a blast! We get pretty close with each other. It is somehow true, you get to know people much better when you go travelling with them. All of them are super lovely! I still occasionally called them and hangout with them whenever we have time.

It may not sound amazing to some, but I stepped out of my comfort zone since I only travelled with my friends (Malaysian) that I knew for 2-3 years, friends who I am already comfortable with.
