Why I’m on Couchsurfing
For me, travel isn’t just about ticking places off a list, it’s about connecting with people, sharing stories, and seeing the world through different eyes. Couchsurfing is the perfect way to experience that. I want to meet locals and fellow travelers, learn about their culture, maybe share some of my own, and make the kind of connections you don’t find in hotels.
Interests
I’m a digital nomad working in marketing, always on the move and chasing new adventures. I lived in Miami for over 20 years and now I’m based in Mexico City, splitting my time between home and the road. Big fan of tequila and mezcal, hiking trails, nature escapes, and anything that gets me moving, from the gym and boxing gloves to snowboarding when the chance comes. I’m also into exploring random streets, finding hidden spots, and soaking in local vibes. I love sports, meeting new people, and having deep conversations, especially with older folks who carry a lifetime of stories and wisdom.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I hiked the highest mountain in Mexico, Pico de Orizaba, at 5,636 meters. It was during my “hiking phase” and while I don’t climb mountains every week anymore, that sense of challenge and awe never left me.
