ABOUT ME

Im a 27 year old physic and master in science in sustainable energy systems who loves to meet new people and make friends all over the world! Traveling is one of my passions and this wont be possible if it wasnt for the persons which life has put in my way.

When I was 18 i lived one year in Brasil as an exchange student where i met lots of wonderful people from all arround the world, every one of my friends opened their doors to me and gived me shelter so i can explore their culture and their country and i did the same thing in Mexico, thats why when i heard about couchsurfing i thought it was a great idea!

I have been in very different works: sales man, green peace promotor, research assistant,boxing instructor and latley teacher! I think life its so increadibly huge that we should take some time to try to explore it before convincing our selfs what we want to do with our future.

As many other mexicans I like to spend most of my free time with my friends and my family, i have fun doing whatever comes up, having a nice family meal chatting and joking or partying with friends until the sun comes up! Im in for both scenarios!

I also have many different interests, i like physics and history on the top,but still i like many other subjects like literature, economics, politics,etc.

I just like to meet new people and new places, because from my personal experience i believe that behind a strangers face you can find a true friend!

PHILOSOPHY

Its hard to describe one person in a bunch of phrases but i will try!

I believe in one really important thing: theres always some good in every person. It doesnt matter who is it, i believe every one of us its capable to have a positive impact in the society.

And i also think theres always something you can learn from every person.

Life is short but its really intense, so fear its one of the biggest enemies you can have.

And finally most of the best things are for free!!! =D

Right now im in my way to Edinburgh, i would like to open my doors for people from couch surfing when im settled there in october 2014

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I heard about couch surfing because of a party where some german friends where invited in Cuernavaca, and they told me they knew this people from couchsurfing and that maybe i would be really interested in the concept! And they where right! hahahahah

Interests

I love anything from debating about physics or politics (in a good and patient spirit of course jajajajaj) to watching a comedy movie, playing a video games or just having a couple beers with a friend and laughing until the stomach hurts!

Sport: Boxing and football

Literature: Science fiction (Favorite story: The last question from Asimov) and history (Universal history but i specially like prehispanic Mexican history)

Movies: Comedy above them all, but i enjoy almost everything, just not a big fan of musicals!....Although the last one i saw: Lés Miserables was great!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have seen beauty in many of its most amazing forms:In the love of my family, in the eyes of a beautiful girl, in the face of my dearest friends, in the excitement of a child or an old person, in an increadible landscape and in the open arms of a stranger. And i hope to keep seeing those amazing thins all my life =)

Teach, Learn, Share

Im a physic researcher and I also worked in a museum in charge of the sustainability area, I have been working a lot with renewables and I love my country history from prehispanic to modern. So I maybe would be able to teach something about that!

Also i have been a skilled box fighter and trainer for the last six years, I am current light weight university box champion in Scotland and it will be good for me to stay in shape and to keep practicing,so i will be glad to give some very usefull boxing lessons to any one! =D
