Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Travelling solo, figuring out the world and whether the travelling thing works for me. I also say yes to way too many things and take uncalculated risks, but it seems to be sorta working so far.

Interests

Music, reading, film, programming, engineering, sciences, maths, politics, history, societal problems, active sports. I try to cover as much as possible and try everything once.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: I'm very passionate about music and my tastes are fairly various. In my library there's old jazz and blues, new electronic music, breakbeat, rock, punk. All kinds!

Film: lots of films, although I have recently fallen behind. Kubrick, Quentin Tarantino, Cohen brothers and more.

Books: Franz Kafka, Ernest Hemingway, David Foster Wallace, George Orwell

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Started skydiving twice, haven't gained licence yet.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can show you/teach you: juggling, guitar, rubik's cube. Programming or logic puzzles, if you are into that sort of thing.

I want to learn: everything. I am an idiot for taking uncalculated risks and trying everything once. Show me something new!

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can tell you things about Lithuania or Great Britain. Talk science, art, literature and music. However, I enjoy doing more than talking. Going out for a drink and some live music, hiking, geocaching or other active pastimes are where I find fun in myself and other people.
