I like adventures. I love going to different places and exploring different cities. I love trying out different cuisines. I love watching TLC on cable TV because of my passion for traveling :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

3 years ago I was sent by our company to Nicaragua for about 3 months. I know how it feels to stay in a new place and not know a single soul. I have met a lot of great friends who have shown me around Nicaragua. I learned about the people and the culture. It was such an experience and I would like to pay it forward!

I would like to get to know people from different cultures and be friends with them. I would also like to share our Filipino culture and experience for yourself why Filipinos are the most hospitable people on earth! :)

I am opening my place to CouchSurfers. I'm busy on weekdays but I can host on weekends. I'd like to show travelers around Manila so you can know about Philippine culture.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I joined CS last Feb '12 but have only started joining activities last July.

July - Hundred Islands Trip with Maila and Ma-an
August - Hangout with Hanka at B-side, CS from Czech Republic
September - Joined Intramuros photowalk + e-chariot tour with several CSers
- Pigged out at Yakimix with the Fig fighters
- Tried Indian cuisine at Queens with Zafar, Maria, Anya and KayKay
October - Invited CSers to my birthday at Golden Acres (a home for the elderly)
November - Hosted for the very first time. It was a great experience and I made friends with Monta (from Latvia)
- joined other CSers at Angono for the Higantes Festival

Interests

I love to travel and go to different places. I like to see new places and experience different cultures. My dream is to travel the whole world.

I love going to the beach. I prefer going to places with good beaches :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

For someone who's scared of animals, I've ridden an elephant in Thailand. I always love looking at the white sandy beach, clear blue waters and blue sky at Boracay. It's my favorite place in the world!

I've been to Vulcan Masaya in Nicaragua, seen the Spanish city of Granada, tried surfing at Costa Rica, explored the temples at Bangkok, Bali and Chennai.

I love the beach at Coron, Palawan; Southbeach; Koh Phi Phi; and Boracay.
