I love to participate in all outdoor activities. A few of my favorite things are snowboarding, mountain biking, whitewater kayaking, and surfing. When traveling, I enjoy exercising, eating local food, meeting locals and learning about the culture.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have hosted people when I lived in Fuerteventura and now on the big island of Hawaii. I also love to meet locals and get involved in the adventure groups in the places I visit.

Depending on my mood and the situation, music, movies and books that teach a lesson or move the soul. A few of my favorite books are Shantaram, Kite Runner, Memories of a Geisha and a few great movies are Schindler's list, and The Shawshank Redemption.

Wow....each day I find something new and amazing but a few over the top experiences would be competing in an international adventure race in Monterrey Mexico, whitewater kayaking in Tena, Equador, dancing salsa all night in Oaxacca, MX, deep water solo rock climbing in Cat Ba island, and parting with movie stars at the Cannes Film Festival.

I love to share my energy, enthusiasm and zest for life with all the people I meet. Participating in adventure sports are my passions along with teaching yoga and exercising. I am happy keep people motivated and share with them a few great ways to stay in shape.
