My name is Adrian Alonso and I'm 22 years old. I'm from north coast of Spain and to be more precise, I live in a city called Bilbao.

I'm studying in an academy and training myself for being a policeman but before that, I studied for 3 years at university a sociology degree. It was really interesting all the theoretical subject that I learned, however, I thought that it was really difficult to get a job after the degree and I didn’t like that much the jobs that I could get.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I really love travelling. I have been in a lot of the European countries such as Italy, England, Ireland, Germany, Croatia… Now I would like to visit other countries all over the world. I like a lot knowing new cultures and speaking with foreign people when I travel, That is the main reason why I want to start on coachsurfing. I consider myself really open-minded because I enjoy a lot spending my time learning about other peoples' cultures and sharing mine.

Music, Movies, and Books

I really love all type of music such as rock, jazz, rap, house, pop or other kind of styles.
Watching movies is one of my favorites hobies. I really enjoy Thrillers and my favourite film directors are Scorsese, Tarantino, Nolan, Kubrik and Fincher.
I like reading books also, but i dont spend much time doing it. The last book that i read was "1984" by George Orwell.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have done all type of typical sports like football, basketball or tennis, but also I practiced other high risk sports such as mountain climbing, canyoning, parachuting or abseiling
I have travelled with 4 friends on interrail all around Europe during 21 days. It was an incredible experience.

I love learning about other kind of cultures and sharing mine. I can teach spanish and how to cook some typical spanish food. Moreover, i can speak about spanish history, music or films and learn from the other countries one.
