Hi! I'm Adrian, 21 years old and living near Basel in a village a bit outside the city.
I'm new to couchsurfing but like most couchsurfers, I love to travel, meet new people, share experiences and get to know different perspectives of the world.
I'd say of myself that I'm an easy going, open-minded, positive person who likes to meet all kinds of people and I try to be aware of my environment as much as I can.
I use to play volleyball in the local club since i were young and I enjoy it a lot, also in the freetime and with friends. Besides to that I like to meet new people and being outside in the nature going for a walk or doing sport.
All in all just enjoying life on our wonderful planet ;)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I joined Couchsurfing because in my opinion meeting locals is the best way to explore a new country or city. You get a genuine glimpse into the culture and see the best hidden places where not a lot of tourists would normally go.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

When I was traveling in Africa with my family as a child, we once stayed in a hotel where hippos came out onto the lawn to eat - right outside the window! That was scary and special to see at the same time
