About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Pass on what we've learnt about this country and it's people, and in return learn about yours
ABOUT ME
No grand plans other than rolling with what are great times and not getting caught up in fads, fashions or egocentric ways. Doing what's fun.
PHILOSOPHY
Stay hungry, stay foolish, never stop learning.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Starting out by first giving, i.e. opening up our house. Friendships and experience will grow from there, and everyone's future travels will hopefully be the better for it.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I heard about couchsurfing from a Swiss couple I cycled with along the Danube from Germany to Vienna. We were camping, but called in on an Austrian family for an epic couchsurfing breakfast. From there...well... the couchsurfing philosphy just makes SENSE.
Interests
A random sampling of our interests: cycling melbourne's streets and lanes, good wine, niche beers, local gigs, camping, surfing, kayaking, hiking or just sitting on a rock somewhere contemplating life.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Most amazing? Amazing things happen all the time. Hell, my surf this morning was amazing.
Teach, Learn, Share
We're (my housemates and I) well placed to share with you what we think are the strengths of this country; a laid back attitude, open spaces, summer bbqs, beaches, surfing, camping, hiking. I guess if in particular you're after a sampling of Victoria's best wine and beer, or a surf lesson or two or three, or someone to cycle around Melbourne's streets with, our place is possibly quite ideal
