Hi All! My name is Adriana de la Uz. I am 55 years old, I am living since 1985 in Hurlingham city; a lovely residential area in Buenos Aires Argentina. I have a degree in Tourism and I am Geography teacher and a Yoga instructor. I perform both activities, the former one in public school and the second at home in a place especially prepared for this task where I receive fellow yogis twice a week. I have been married to Darío Estecho for 32 years now, and we love exploring the world together! He is 59 and he works as a car dealer, in our neighbourhood. He enjoys dealing with people, and he is very talkative, helpful, friendly and very active. He also enjoys practising sports and in has participated several triathlon competitions.
We have two children who also share our passion for travel: Damian 30 has a degree in Tourism and works for travel agency and Ayelen, 27 is studying to become a nutritionist and works for a food company downtown. Now they are living by their own, so actually we found ourselves with freedom to live as we please and mainly get ready to enjoy new journeys.
Dario and I share several activities such as mountain trekking, biking, paddling, and wildlife photography.
We have already visited most of Argentina and several others countries such as Brazil, Colombia, Cuba, South Africa, India, Cambodia, Thailand and Vietnam and looking forward to increasing this list. We had spent a wonderful time interacting with a locals and other tourist who have enriched our personal experiences.
We are currently planning a trip northern India for about one and half month by the end of this year.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

We have recently joined Courchsurfing after a friend of ours shared her positive experiences using the site. We are excited to be part of the community and look forward to meeting you!

We are also interested in hosting other travellers like us at our home. We live in the outskirts of Buenos Aires and have a room available for two persons, ideally a couple our age, and our available time is during weekends.
