About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Never stop learning new things, I'd like to have a chance to get to know new people with lots of stories to share with.

ABOUT ME

I´m a very easygoing and friendly person, l love to spend time outdoors and hang out with friends, plus l'm very kind and a good listener. I really love to meet new people and adventures.

Currently I'm working as a teacher and I like to dance, to draw and to do all types of sport.

PHILOSOPHY

What goes around comes around, that's why l treat people the way i would like to be treated. I'm living in the moment, life is too short to worry about the things you don't have, l just enjoy doing what l love.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I cannot be a hosting surfers at this moment, because I'm not living by my own, but I can hook you up with some local surfers. However, if you ever come to Aguascalientes I would love to take you sightseeing. It will be interesting to meet people from México and all over the world.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've had the opportunity to stay with some surfers in México and the US and it was a great experience. When you travel it's best to stay with locals rather than hotels, obviously it is cheaper and you can get to hear non touristic but way more interesting places to hang out. I have met surfers that come to Aguascalientes, it has been a great chance to share experiences and get to know other cultures.

Interests

I'm interested in learning new stuff all the time. I like to practice some sports, especially volley ball. Nowadays i'm doing yoga. I'm crazy about dancing, "Bachata" is my thing, also cumbia, salsa, merengue, actually all kinds of music. And I love reading, drawing, listening to music, and recently I've been traveling a lot.

I'm taking french classes and l would like to learn german.

Music, Movies, and Books

I enjoy watching all kind of movies, like drama, romantic, action, international or independent films, my favorite ones are Orange clockwork, Transpooting, Pulp fiction, Memories of a Geisha, Match Poing, The blue is the warmest color, Pride & Prejudice, De rouille et d'os, The girl with the dragon tatto, La piel que habito, etc.

My favorite type of music is alternative and classic rock, heavy metal, indie rock, jazz, classical music, some bands like Queen, The Beatles, Metallica, Daft Punk, Pink Floyd, Santana, Coeur de pirate, Sade, Mumford and sons, etc.

I love to read almost any kind of books, but i prefer novels, romantic drama, fiction, horror, mystery, like The book thief, Cien años de soledad, Macbeth, The psicoanalist, The metamorphosis, Poe novels & poems, The diary of Anne Frank, Duma Key, In the mountains of madness, The call of Cthulhu, and writers like Gabriel García Marquez, Pablo Neruda, Julio Cortázar, Edgar Allan Poe, H.P. Lovecraft, Stephen king, etc.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The first time l've decided to travel alone in places I've never been before, even when everyone told me things like "you are so young", "it's gonna be dangerous for you", "you never gonna make it", and I ignore them to prove my self that everything is possible.

Teach, Learn, Share

I've been traveling a lot in México and thanks to that l've learned too much about my own country, specially about the culture, traditions, traditional meals, custom, and other things. That helps me to appreciate more where I come from. So I can share with you some tips about cities and places where l've been, like Quintana Roo, Oaxaca, Campeche, Yucatán, Guadalajara, Guanajuato, Baja California, Baja California Sur, Querétaro, San Luis Potosí, etc.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Well I think one of the treasures of our culture is the dancing, so it's very important to anyone who wants to know a little more about it to try how to do it. So l can teach you some moves in one of the dance l've mention before.
