I've used it in the past to find places to stay, but now I've got my own apartment and couch and would love to host visitors!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I don't have too much experience, but I'm hoping to change that. I've couch surfed once and hosted 4 times!

Interests

I love having conversations about social justice which includes talking about all the "isms" (racism, classism, agism, sexism, etc).
I knit, bake, and cook for my loved ones during a majority of my free time.

I can never pick favorites or list everything, so instead i’ll just list the most recent things i’ve been enjoying.

Music- Janelle Monae’s new album, Mal Blum, and Mitski. also i recently saw Kimya Dawson again for the millionth time and cried the whole time.

Movies- i can’t stop watching Moana tbh (representation is so important!!!)

Books: currently reading Shrill by Lindy West and loooooving it. recently finished Octavia’s Brood, Assata, and Dear Sister.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Started a support and empowerment group for POC working in the domestic violence/sexual assault survivor support field.

I can teach you how to knit or how to make homemade bread (any way you like it!).
