ABOUT ME

I currently live in Corvallis Oregon with my wife and 2 children. I lived in Santa Cruz Ca for 32 years before movign here. I am currently in Grad school at Naropa University studying Mindfulness Based Transpersonal Counseling. I practice yoga, love to travel and to cook, to be in nature swimming, skiing, mountain climbing. I have lived in France parts of my life and have duel citizenship with France. I built a yurt from scratch once on some land in California and enjoy hands on projects.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have heard a lot about couch surfing over the years and feel it will be an amazing experience to be a part of.

兴趣

I am learning and practicing mindfulness and meditation and enjoy sitting with others in nature. The last 5 years I have been going on 5 day silent meditation retreats in national forests, practicing insight meditation in the Thai forest lineage.

I built a 24' yurt from scratch. A great learning experience that I don't think I would do again, but I loved the learning process.
