About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To keep on getting distracted!

ABOUT ME

Hi, I'm a 26 year old student of music officially, but unofficially of the wider world. There's not much money in the student business these days so I teach kids piano three days a week to try and scrap together whatever money I can to fund my shoestring travel adventures.

I'm deeply interested in culture and love to travel as much as I can. I enjoy meeting new and interesting people. For me, travelling is as much about the people you meet along the way as the journey itself, if not more so!

PHILOSOPHY

To keep going frenetically until I cross the finish line and they tell me to stop!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Just moving soon into a flat in Dublin so hopefully I can make the couch available shortly! For the moment though I just surf.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Fairly new to this whole thing. Mostly when I'm travelling I usually stay in hostels because I love to meet people and have a laugh. Couchsurfing seems like the next step so naturally I thought I'd give it a go!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I once heard a string quartet played by four musicians in four different helicopters with the sound beamed down into a warehouse where I was in the audience. Pretty far out! It was a crazy music gig in Birmingham.
