My name is Adrià I'm 20 years old. I'm from Barcelona and I'm actually living in Lyon. I'm studying Political Sciences and Philosophy. I'm Deputy Secretary General at Futur for Europe, an EU Organisation.

ABOUT ME

I'm a person who loves travelling. When I have a couple of days off, I'm always planning to go abroad for visiting new places and meet new people. I would like to know as many languages as possible. Nowadays I talk 4 languages fluently, I'm learning Italian and I would like to learn Chinese, Russian and Arab.

I'm a very passionate person who is in love with life. I'm very organised, and disciplined. Becoming independent at the age of 17 allowed me to learn very fast (through very difficult situations) and to become more mature than the current teenager (obviously this fact carries disadvantages). I consider myself a private, discreet and clean person easy to live with.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I can't express by words what Couchsurfing and his community have given to me. I would really just wanted to say that my last couchsurfing experiences have been my best time in 2019 and couch surfers the best people I've ever met travelling. I can surely say that I have friends in all the cities I had the pleasure to visit. They made me feel at home. And they can surely say that they have a home in Barcelona or Paris whenever they want!

Music, Movies, and Books

- I love listening to all kinds of music. But It always depends on the moment. For example; I like to listening hardcore or techno when I'm doing sport, classical music when 'im studying or jazz in my inspirational moments.

- I really love reading. I have 3 big favourite topics: POLITICS ( geopolitics, international relations, diplomacy, international law, philosophy, history...), PERSONAL GROWTH (mindfulness, meditation, oratory...) and ENTREPRENEURSHIP (finances, start-up, company strategy, company development...) .

- I spend 0 time in front of the tv, but when I do it's for watching films like One Million Dollar Baby, Gran Torino, MoneyBall, The Schindler's list.... only cinematographic masterpieces.

What I Can Share with Hosts

With hosts, I cannot only share experiences, thoughts and interesting conversations, I can also prepare traditional Catalan and Spanish food as Crema Catalana or the famous 'Tortilla de patatas' among other culinary experiences.
