ABOUT ME

Just finished studying Aesthetics and Culture at the Aarhus University in Denmark and I'm hoping to remain in learning mode forever.

I sing in an amateur (pop) band, speak a brazillian languages (to quote Bush) and love meeting new people and getting new input.

And here goes the taxonomy:
1.) I'm a peripheral visionary. I see into the future but way off to the side.

2.) I'm pretty much of a schizophrenic, latent activist. I will always verbally "fight" for a worthy cause but my enthusiasm shivers away just as quickly as it sparks up. That's mostly because I always weigh up the pros and cons and synthesize them into an agreeable balanced middle ground (which rarely or never transcends the realm of ideology into actual physical reality... but let's not get into that).

3.) I'm an ambulant paradox. I can be a feminist, but I can just as easily crack up at chauvinistic jokes. My motto is: Don't take life too seriously, you will never get out of it alive!

4.) I'm an in-the-closet comedian. You will never recognize my talent until one day it just hits you in the head and you find yourself crying with laughter. (Ok that one's a little sinister, I don't know why I wrote it... it's not really funny... or funny but maybe in a black humor kind of way?!?...)
And I really appreciate a good sense of humor in others, so don't be shy!

5.) And last but not least... and not really last either... I'm agog at the horizons of humanity and am heavily anticipating the future where there will be cyborgs, pet robots, immortality and who knows... maybe time travel...

6.) OK one more: I'm a heavy substance abuser. My poisons of choice are chilli, Himalaya salt, dark chocolate, coffee and garlic.
But at times, I can also be kosher and just keep to the occasional glas of wine, Whiskey or Tequila, and the usual hit of Nicotine.Easygoing, simple/complicated, interesting/boring, fun but sometimes such a drag... Is there really any ONE word that can contain any one person?

I am ashamed to say that I have never hosted and I have never surfed. But I'm looking forward to both! However, if you ever find yourself in my area, give a shout out and maybe we'll grab a cup of coffee and I'll let you in on the hidden secrets of Århus.

I stopped reading novels. Turns out I like reality better.

I watch movies all the time but almost always forget the details of what happened in them... especially names.

I've lived in 3 different countries throughout my childhood and speak 4 languages fluently.
The most amazing thing I've experienced would have to be the WOMEX (world music expo) in Thessaloniki this year. It was a life changing experience indeed.

I think I'm the leading expert in Techno Fashion in the whole of Denmark at the moment so I could tell you a bit about that if you're interested.
I am a good cook and could teach you a couple of tricks in the kitchen. I could teach you a couple of songs if you're lucky and I remember the chords :P
Others could teach me everything. I'm a good listener and a quick study, you pick any topic and I'm there.
