I am a young, easy-going french guy looking for new ways to travel and meet people from all around the world. I grew up in Auvergne, studied in Toulouse (beautiful french regions by the way) and after few long stays in different places (Jerusalem and Los Angeles), I wish i could travel again.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

CS is the opportunity for me to meet people from diferent cultures and to travel in a genuine way. And it's cheap !
And of course, it's the opportunity to welcome people where I live and to make them discover all the cool stuff to see and to share. I'm not really able to welcome anyone though, I currently don't have a proper "home"... But as soon as I'll have one, I will update my profile and there will be one couch at least in my place!

Interests

I studied Political Sciences and I am really interesting in all what goes with it : history, sociology, geography, philosophy, economy...
But now I wish I could get a more technical background, I would like to find a job in the maritime sector and I need engineering skills (if you have ideas to do that, please contact me!).
In a more practical way, I'm always up for a drink or a music festival. Hiking week ends, sailing, basically discovering the world with my own eyes and not through a screen (I've done that for too long now).

Music, Movies, and Books

I listen pretty much everything and I love dancing, I like the fact of sampling different kind of music (from all around the world) and make them match together (if you don't know them, listen this dannish band "Den Sorte Skole").
Movies : I love Children of men by Alphonso Cuaron or more recently in a "survivor" way "71'" by Yann Demange.
Documentaries (I love this kind) : "The act of killing" by Joshua Oppenheimer.... I could talk about all this for hours...
