About Me
Ok, I don't ALWAYS wear a grey cap :p
I am an easy going person, quite shy at first and a little introverted at times, but I can have a bit of a picant sense of humour.
Looking for happiness, beauty and peace through human connections. I am currently particularly interested in alternative flexible ways of living, such as minimalism, self sufficiency, permaculture.
Dreaming of better, more respectful and symbiotic ways we human could prosper without destroying Nature.
I have a lot of free time nowadays, a luxury that I use to observe the world around me, which I try to reflect in my photography, to leisurely study psychology and philosophy, to bake and to socialise.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Having hosted people in the past in Dublin, I have found it a great way to make curious traveller discover the more secret gems of the city and the locals' customs, way of life and culture.
I have also socalised a lot recently with a group of CSers in Dublin and met incredible individuals. I've got hooked to the CS world and I want to meet more people of different cultures.

Music, Movies, and Books
Music: pretty much anything excepting metal, rap & RnB. love singer songwritters & musical poets, such as James Vincent McMorrow (his early stuff in particular), Agnes Obel, Bon Iver, Avishai Cohen, Bonobo, Chet Faker... I would say that indie folk has my preference along with contemporary classical music recently.
Movies: quite an eclectic taste here too, from Almodovar to Ridley Scott, horror to art & essai. Comedy - not so much, though witty humour works (ie: Muriel's wedding)
Books: i don't know where to start! some philosophy (Epicure, Marcus Aurelius, Seneca, Descartes...) contemporary litterature. I don't dedicate as much time to read as I would like to. I believe we don't chose a book, but that a book chooses us, when we are ready to read it.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Crossing the Mont-Saint-Michel bay barefoot, leaving from the east part of the bay, walking towards the sunset, then walking back in the light of the full-moon. Magical.
