About Me

Hey ! I'm Adrien, a 27 years old french who likes to connect with people and learn from my interactions with everything (people, nature, places, movies and so much more)

I'm not the most outgoing person you'll meet and couchsurfing isnt that exciting to me in the first place BUT I've used it a few times for events or being hosted and it always went great and not once have I regreted it. I like to prove my mind wrong.

I'm currently working on weekends and would love to "pay back" in my own way. Couchsurfing and some amazing hosts tremendously helped me when I needed it and I feel that it's my turn to help out and share experiences with travelers coming to this beautiful region I'm living in.

Due to my work I prefer to host during the week and not on weekends

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I used couchsurfing for travelling and it has been great so far

Interests

Being in crowded place or going out in clubs isn't my thing- but a beer in a bar once in a while is nice.
I love spending time in Nature more than anything else

  • meditation
  • hiking
  • tennis
  • nature
  • healthy lifestyle

Music, Movies, and Books

Not being chauvinist but I love french singers/ groups : Frero delavega, Claudio Capeo, Coeur de pirate, Jonny Hallyday, Indochine and much more...

Movies: Once upon a time in America

Books: So many, I use to read a lot but then something called youtube took over (not always for good reasons)
One book I read countless times is 'be here now' by ram dass such an amazing book or radical acceptance by Tarah brach

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Three pass trek in the Everest Region in Nepal in 12 days without being fit physically at that time and starting after two almost sleepless nights. Hardest thing I've ever done

Whenever I'm struggling physically or mentally, think I can't do something - I remember this experience and how much ressources the humand body has- it's amazing !

What I Can Share with Hosts

An Ice bath ! Practicing cold exposure with other people makes it way more fun and easier. If you come by here in winter we can co swiming in the Calanques or even better take a cold dip in the freezing swiming pool !

Countries I’ve Visited

Chile, England, India, Iran, Mexico, Morocco, Nepal, Norway, Palestine, Portugal, Spain, United States

Countries I’ve Lived In

Chile, France
