I'm French, from Paris, still studying material sciences. Living in the State for 6 months. I just entered Couchsurfing, that is why I have no references! I am "bon vivant" as we say in French, meaning : I love good food, good wine (and drinking in general), going out (party, theater, cinema,...), and most of all discovering and learning new things.

Favorite Music: too hard to answer, but here are some of my favorite artists, in random order: Dire Straits, Pink Floyd, Queen, the Doors, Serge Gainsbourg, Muse (their first albums), the Libertines, the Arctic Monkeys, Jacques Brel, Chopin, Vivaldi

Same difficulties for the movies, hard to decide, but among my favorites are: American History X, The Wall, The Boat that Rocked, Life is Beautiful (the one from Capra and the one from Benigni), The Dark Knight, Castle in the Sky

Finally my favorite books would be : Voyage au Bout de la Nuit, L'Art Français de la Guerre, Vie et Destin, Boule de Suif, Of Mice and Men, and finally, my favorite author : Marcel Proust
