About Me

I'm a 24-year old French guy. I traveled a lot (see http://www.digitalhobo.co/) and I now live in the center of Paris with 3 amazing friends. We'd be very happy to host some young foreigners once in a while :)

Here's an excerpt from the website:

"Since I was born in France 24 years ago, I have been lucky enough to live in amazing places around the world such as Chicago, Madrid, Singapore, Paris and San Francisco. Travel is in my blood and I knew really soon that it would always be.

A few years ago, another passion arose in my life: entrepreneurship. Technology has made it easier than ever to gather passionate people around a project, start a new adventure with them and have a global impact. This is what I want my life to be about: bringing the world a step further along with people willing to take risks to make their vision come true.

Starting a new trip by yourself and founding a company are two really close experiences. In the end, it's all about leaving your comfort zone. You can prepare yourself as much as you can, you'll always have to face unexpected challenges. You know there will be hard times, probably loneliness and may be despair. This experience will question your judgements and you'll need to open yourself at the same time, as you won't make it alone. And in the end, when you'll look back, you'll realize how much you learned from it and how much the 9-to-5 lifestyle doesn't fit your ambition to live your life as an adventure. The Digital Hobo is the closest name I found to express this mindset fostering travel, innovation and discovery.

In the last 4 years, I've worked for 5 promising startups in France and in Silicon Valley; I've started 4 projects with talented people; I have created the entrepreneurs’ club of my business school ESCP Europe and I've organized many events to foster entrepreneurship and help people start their own businesses or encourage them to do so. These have been the most intense and enriching years in my life and I want to keep on learning. Innovation is now happening everywhere at a very fast pace. It's time to get global.

My plan is to travel for the next 8 months to meet people driving innovation in Africa, Middle East and Asia and to be inspired by their energy and cultural differences. I started a growth consulting agency (The Growth Bakery) a year ago with 2 partners to help promising startups grow their businesses through user acquisition and user retention, especially on mobile. I’ve given talks at incubators and mentored several entrepreneurs on these topics in San Francisco and Paris. I want to bring these skills and experiences to the startup ecosystems I'm gonna visit."
