Overview
About Me
Hi, I’m Adrienne! I grew up in Edmonton, Alberta but currently live in Jasper, Alberta. After studying Landscape Architecture I moved to the mountains where I’ve worked in hostels and campgrounds. A few years ago I went to New Zealand on a working holiday visa and ended up staying there for 15 months. Ever since I've tried to travel whenever I can. I spent the last 3 months volunteering and backpacking through Nepal, but I’ll be travelling through France and Spain in April and May.
I’ll be in Paris on the 20th, but will start heading south shortly after that.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I love meeting new people and making connections around the world. For now I'm just a couch surfer, but eventually (when I get a couch) I would love to host other travellers in need of a bed.

Music, Movies, and Books
Music— I listen to a lot of different stuff: folk, indie, blues, grunge, classical... but Bob Dylan is my favourite.
Movies— Lost in Translation, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, and The Big Lebowski are some of my favorites.
Books— I don't know if I have a favorite, but I’m currently reading “The Hundred-Year-Old Man who Jumped out the Window and Disappeared” by Jonas Jonasson.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
In 2014 I spent two weeks hiking the Annapurna Circuit in Nepal. If you get the chance I highly recommend it!
Teach, Learn, Share
I'm currently trying to learn how to play the guitar and how to juggle. If you are a guitar player or a juggler I'd love some tips!
What I Can Share with Hosts
I’ll be honest, I’m not the best cook. But I would be more than happy to share stories, drinks and a good chat. :)
