I recently moved from Portland, Oregon to beautiful Paris, France. Following a dream, and living it every day! I have traveled quite a bit in the United States, and am looking forward to doing LOTS of traveling throughout Europe and elsewhere.
I get a lot of requests from surfers (hey, I live in the most beautiful city in the world!!). Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love people and the idea of being able to open my home up to other travelers. Plus, I'm planning on doing quite a bit of travel now that I'm settled in a bit, and would like to meet people in the cities that I plan to visit. I'm new to CS, but look forward to meeting fellow explorers!

Interests

Passionate about food and wine! I love cooking and hosting company at my place. I am "perfecting" (will it ever really be perfect??!!) my French while living in Paris, and teach English to adult professionals, something that I find both intellectually stimulating and emotionally rewarding.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

A few months ago, I got rid of nearly all of my belongings and showed up in Paris with two suitcases and a lot of hope! It was perhaps the best decision of my life!
