About Me
ABOUT ME
I have a very loud and boisterous laugh, and I find humor in most situations. I tend to toe the line between being an avid listener and an enthusiastic talker. I realized I had a deep love of traveling about five years ago when I did a homestay in Peru, and have tried to keep that wandering spirit alive ever since. I am always excited to meet new people, to share stories, and to make connections over food.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Right now, I am living with 5 other people in Washington, D.C. and do not have a couch available, but I am more than happy to host in the future or meet up for coffee. Please get in touch with me!
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I have had great experiences as a surfer in Paris with Manuel Lesiourd, Alcala de Henares with Joelly Ruiz, and Hannover with Thomas Prostmann. I am very happy to have met all of them. Beyond CS, I have often relied on the kindness of strangers who have generously opened up their homes to me. I lived as a homestay resident for two months with a family of six during my time in Cusco, Peru, and have stayed on couches or in guest rooms in places ranging from Quito, Ecuador to New York City. I would love the opportunity to host travelers some day when I'm living on my own, because I think it's important to create warm and inviting places for folks traveling in unknown locations.
