-I usually answer very quickly to stay requests (Yes or No), Because I understand that you are travelling and need to make a decision.
-Send a request correctly, not as a message. I follow the couchsurfing rules, so to me is safe a formal request, preferible kind and educated. (So I will)
- To me it is important to see a complete profile, with a clear photo of the person who is making the request.
- If I accept your request, PLEASE CONFIRM OR CANCEL.
- I can offer a save place to stay, sleeping pads to sleep on floor in a shared area.

- Personal hygiene is important, bathing must be everyday. (There is not hot water)
- In my house there must be respect, race, preference, sex, economic level, ideology, beliefs, etc. are not discriminated against. We all address each other with respect.
- You cannot touch or move the things of other surfers or the host without asking.
- Here it is not an storage place, things are not kept for those who do not sleep in the house. If you travel elsewhere you must take your things with you.
- Guests from surfers are not accepted in the house without prior authorization from the host.
- Coexistence and cultural exchange are highly appreciated in this house, it is not just free accommodation.
- I'm not a hard party person, I prefer people with same mood than me.

IMPORTANT: If you send me a request, please add your Facebook or Instagram page and WHATSAPP, to know better who is the person arriving to my place, and you will know better your possible host.

The idea is to keep in touch like friends when you leave.

- Normalmente respondo muy rápido a las solicitudes de estadía (Sí o No) , porque entiendo que está de viaje y necesita tomar una decisión.
- Envía la solicitud correctamente, no como un mensaje. Sigo las reglas de couchsurfing y para mi es más seguro recibir una solicitud formal, amable y educada. (Así será de mi parte)
- Para mi es importante ver un perfil completo, con foto clara de la persona que está haciendo la solicitud.

- Si acepto tu solicitud, POR FAVOR CONFIRMA O CANCELA TAN PRONTO COMO PUEDAS.
- Puedo ofrecer un lugar seguro para quedarse, colchoneta para dormir en el piso en área compartida.

- La higiene personal es importante, el baño es diario. (No hay agua caliente)
- En mi casa debe haber respeto, raza, preferencia, sexo, nivel económico, ideología, creencias, etc. No se discrimina. Todos nos dirigimos con respeto.
- No puedes tocar o mover las cosas de otros couchsurfers o del anfitrión sin preguntar.
- No es una bodega, no se guardan cosas para quien no duerme en la casa. Si viaja a otro lugar, debe llevar sus cosas.
- No se aceptan invitados de los couchsurfers en la casa sin la autorización previa del anfitrión.
- La convivencia y el intercambio cultural son muy importantes en esta casa, no es solo alojamiento gratuito.
- No soy una persona de mucha fiesta, prefiero gente con el mismo estilo que yo en eso.

IMPORTANTE: si me envías una solicitud, por favor agrega tu página de FACEBOOK o INSTAGRAM y WHATSAPP, para conocer mejor quién es la persona que llega a mi casa, y conocerás mejor a tu posible anfitrión. Por supuesto la idea es continuar siendo amigos después de tu estancia.
