Overview
About Me
I'm a badminton head coach and sports psychologist — I spend my days helping people get out of their own way and perform at their best. But honestly, some of my best lessons have come from strangers at a dinner table or a late-night conversation I didn't plan on having.
I'm calm by nature, but very open — the kind of person who'll listen as much as talk, and actually mean it. I love solo travel partly because it forces those unexpected connections. On my first night in Budapest, I ended up celebrating a stranger's birthday with their whole flat. That's the kind of thing I travel for.
I believe you carry moments with you — I tend to link experiences to things I heard or felt in that instant.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I ziplined on a glacier, in Iceland. It was one of the most incredible experiences I've had — that rush of adrenaline combined with the sheer beauty of the landscape. It's the kind of moment that stays with you forever.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can share insights from my work as a sports psychologist and badminton coach — things about mindset, resilience, and how to perform under pressure. But honestly, I learn more from the people I meet than I could ever teach. I'm genuinely curious about how people think, what drives them, their stories. I'd love to swap travel tales, talk about life philosophy, money, politics, personality — whatever direction the conversation takes. And I connect those moments to music or things happening around me, so I remember them forever.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I'm a good listener and interested in your story. I can help with cleaning and everyday tasks around the place. I like bringing a new perspectives to conversations — sometimes a different viewpoint can spark something interesting. Most importantly, I respect your space and privacy, and I'm easy to be around.
