Since 2010, acrossed North America, Silk Road, Pamir hwy. by bicycle.
After reached Middle East the end of 2014 by bicycle from China, the journey was suspended since I went to cover the story there, also was woking on some film projects in India and Shanghai after that.
After 2 year 6 months, back to Middle East on a journalism assignment, after that I continued the bicycle journey from Turkey until southern Italy, then I got a motorcycle in Germany.

Currently traveling on a 1995 Honda XRV 750.

My dream has never changed, since when I was cycling in North America, the dream always is to go to South America.
I am just making my big detour more diversity.
Because I know, when I arrive there, I will not leave.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Couchsurfing, It is not only a way to get a place to stay, the most important thing is a way to meet friends, to know this place like a local!
I had wonderful CS experiences in US, Mexico any many other places. Even not all of my hosts were CS members, we just met on the road, gas station, KFC, market, etc.
when I was in trouble, I can't go any more, people did help, then we became the best friend ever,
even just for one night or 3 months.
Therefore, I believe couchsuring is not just a website, or how beautiful profile you have, it is a true philosophy about the relationship between people.

Music, Movies, and Books

I have a lot of interests about history, society and politics. I read a lot about this.
I watched too much films.
Woody Allen and Coen brothers are the names I want to mention.

Music is one of the main subjects of my journey.
I collecting music from everywhere. Especially some middle eastern music from bazzars. If I want to tell a name, by a Tunisian musician Anouar Brahem, he is one of my favorites. Middle eastern jazz played by oud.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The most Amazing thing I've done is I am always meeting amazing people, people always amazed me!
I miss all the people I have met.

Couchsurfing is amazing, I met my best friends here, I learned how to treat people nice here, I would like to send a big "Thank you" to couchsurfing.
Since I am always traveling, I got a lot of opportunities to stay with locals rather than camping in the wild solo.
To get to know the people, to know their language, food, lifestyle is what I am always seeking.
When I was traveling by bicycle, I had more real "couchsurfing" experiences, therefore I believe couchsurfing is not just a website, it is a truly trust between 2 completely strangers.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I learned my different style cuisine during my journey.
Mexican Ceviche,Tacos, Michelada..Turkish Breakfast, Indian curry, of course some Chinese dishes especial "coca cola chicken"....
and If I feel in a right mood, I will make some nice photos for you and your family.
