About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Love people.

ABOUT ME

I am from the west coast of the United states. I can't say that I am from any one place in particular, because I grew up in so many. My favorite places to live so far have been Southern Oregon, and Seattle, WA. I just graduated college after four years and it feels great.

I love to breath

I am an adventure seeker...I love it in every form, and I love to experience it with people or without...

I am a dreamer...I have a lot of them: big ones, little ones, far away ones

I am interested in a lot of things. Anything from music, to physical things like hunting and climbing and hiking and camping, to dancing, to traveling, to sailing.

I am an opportunist of sorts...if there is an opportunity to do something I want to do, then I do it. I try to keep away from assuming that tomorrow is going to come. How I see it there are a lot of people out there whom I have yet to meet, and things I have yet to experience. If I keep saying that tomorrow is the day, then today will never be much of anything, and there will continue to be a lot of good out there waiting to be done, waiting for me to get off my ass and do it.

I love people...I like to talk with people, I like getting to know their stories, their passions in life, what makes them laugh. Eventually I see myself getting nestled into a community away from this country, into a place where I can get to know the community, and find out how I can offer myself and my talents in order to serve those people in some way(s), while allowing them to teach me everything they will. I just don't see much significance in a life outside of loving people.

I love Coffee, beer, wine, whiskey, and water.

PHILOSOPHY

I guess I have found that to love God is to be someone who accepts and loves all his people. I find a special draw to those who are castawas and underdogs...I know that life, and I know the significance you feel when someone sees you as a jewel while others see you as garbage. God has made something great out of so many things that went wrong in my life, so I do my best to give it back to Him. My relationship with God hasn't been a limiting experience, instead, it's been more of a release into a world of significance purpose. I feel good, though, about questioning everything, and making sure that I know the reason why I believe what I do. No matter your beliefs, your ideologies, I will get along with you, and we will have a great ime. A close second to my number one "personal philosophy" is having fun while we still can. Life without fun isn't life.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

In anyway I can. I have had some amazing hosts so far, and I am looking forward to hosting people in the future.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I am an experienced unofficial couch serfer (that is, a couch surfer outside of this site). I am well accostomed to floors, couches, and hideaway beds.

Interests

I like clipping my toe-nails. I like warm showers, ice cold beers, and morning walks. I like two slices of buttered toast with jam on top and coffee on the side. I like standing on the edge of something high off the ground. I like the smell of hair. I love eye contact. I like horseback riding, I like listneing to music. I like being warm. I like driving. I like walking around with bare feet. I like a full sprint into the water. I like writing when the words seem to sing by themselves the song inside my heart. I like to reach my hands deep into freshly tilled soil, I like a juicy orange, a climb to the top of a tree. I like a guitar with new strings, a drum with tight skin, a beat that makes my feet move. I like the glow after a hard climb, the tingle after sitting down at the end of a long day. I like to tell stories, to make people laugh. I like having fun. I like to touch the bark on a tree, the sand on a beach, the wood on an antique table. I like to throw stones into a river, a lake. I like to let the ocean overpower me, I like to ride on its waves. I like to be a help to someone. I like the earth.
