ABOUT ME

I grew up in Dayton, Ohio, where there's about an acre of corn per person, and then moved to Cincinnati to study journalism, and where the corn ratio is slightly lower. After that I spent two years teaching English in Japan and watching the line I used to draw between "food" and "wildlife" disappear, and then spent several months after that backpacking Europe. I love to eat and try new kinds of food. And no good dinner is complete without drinks and stories. I'm also a big reader, cook, and occasional pig wrastler.
