Er, I know a bit about growing organic vegetables. I can teach you to use a scythe. I can cook vegetarian food reasonably well.
I'd love to learn more about agriculture as it is practiced in other countries, as well as other food cultures. Anything about social-history of a place and people is always fascinating to me.
