Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I say yes a lot. If asked to participate, I usually do. If fun is still to be had, I stay. If I am bored, then I move on.

I am a hedonist and a pragmatist. I find that works for me.

Interests

Sooo many things. But the truly intense and interesting stuff - not so interested in trivialities or daily life crap. I love deeper questions, concepts with challenge the status quo, scientific and philosophical problems and solutions - biology, astronomy, politics, religion, sexuality...everything.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Whungee Wheengee Canyon left me pretty awestruck the first time. Crystal clear water, very narrow, bright green with a few rocks which you have to swim under in order to come up inside pitch black caves filled with glow worms. Spectacular.

Emerald Sea Madagascar was very impressive. The colour of the water was just surreal.

Deep water soloing Cavewoman in the UK - Berry Head. An incredible cave entrance and exit within a long tunnel which cuts in to the cliff face. Beautiful location, beautiful water, and awesome rock climbing. I fell of course, but that was half the fun.
