Overview
About Me
I'm someone who enjoys doing multiple things at the same time, so I'm almost constantly busy. I try to divide my free time between music, film photography (buying a Leica M6 was one of the best decisions I've ever made), art exhibitions, travels and friends.
I've graduated in history, politics, history of art and musical dramaturgy, and love to discuss any of those topics.
I have trained as both a dancer and a musician from a very early age, trying a lot of different styles and instruments, among which modern'jazz, ballet, hip-hop, musical theatre, contemporary dance, playing the flute, guitar, piano, and learning opera singing.
I am currently training to become a professional opera singer, though don't worry I swear I won't break any of your glasses or windows nor will I scream (hum, sorry, sing...) my head off in your living room. Promise.
I also practice Ashtanga Yoga, so chances are I will ask if there's a space where it's okay for me to unroll my mat.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
A few years ago, I went on a roadtrip with a friend of mine in the US, from Washington to Boston, doing CS for the first time. It was such a colourful (in every aspect of the word) experience that I've been fond of travelling this way ever since.

Music, Movies, and Books
French play Antigone by Jean Anouilh moves me every time. Same goes with "Charlotte" by Daniel Foenkinos, also in French. You have no soul if you can finish it with dry eyes.
I've only recently discovered writers from the Iberian Peninsula, such as Jaume Cabré or José Saramago, and I fell in love with their writings.
Also, I'm a big fan of poetry, especially Aragon's (sorry, French again) and I've decided to read more English poetry (does "The Waves" by Virginia Woolf qualify as poetry ? I think there's matter for debate here).
When it comes to movies, I've really enjoyed Incendies (Villeneuve), La Grande Bellezza (Sorrentino) and Les Enfants du Paradis (Carné).
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I saw someone smile in the parisian metro... That was an epic moment.
Apart from that, one nice thing I've done recently was to travel by myself to New Zealand for six weeks, probably the best thing that's ever happened to me.
