Me, my son Valentin (born February 2017) and two supercute cats live in a small flat near the city centre of Graz. We've been living here for about seven years now and we really like our flat and the surroundings. It's maybe not the nicest area of the town, but it's so close to the center!

I'm currently quite busy with university, work and my son, but please - feel free to ask for a couch anytime. Worst thing that can happen is that I say no ;D
If I have time for you, I will gladly show you around the city if you like, or give you some tips where to go.
I'm not really a party or bar-girl, but I surely can squeeze a few hours out of my afternoons.

It would be very nice if we could have breakfast or cook dinner or even make some music together and you tell me about your travels, your home country or whatever you like. I'm not really good at talking about myself, but I love to listen to other peoples' stories.

In my flat, you would have your seperate room on a comfortable double bed. We can host two people comfortably or 3-4 with squeezing :-D , and you shouldn't be allergic to cats (obviously ^^)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Trying to meet new people, getting to know different cultures and stories, and maybe even find people who I can visit one day when I find the time to travel the world :-)

Interests

I love music, it frees me from all the stress in my life. I (try to) play the guitar and sing a lot, also sing in a choir and try to do duets with my friends. Have a special love for metal and musical. Might sound like a strange combination, but well :-D

I also like to do handicrafts, like sewing or knitting. Don't have much time for it at the moment though.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music. It really depends on the music itself. My main genre is progressive Metal, but there are even pop-, rap- or electronic songs I like to listen to.

Movies. I have a very poor memory for movies. Might happen that halfway through a movie I realize that I had already seen that one ;-) I do like complex movies though.

Books. The more pages and the more unpredictable, the better. I haven't read anything for almost a year now though, hope I will find some time during my summer holidays. (Nothing will EVER be better than Harry Potter btw.)

I could show you how to sew or how to cook some traditional Austrian food. Or I could teach you some medicine-shit hahaha. Or some music, whatevs. :-D
Learning is always fun and interesting to me, so anything you can show or teach me is gladly accepted - be it foreign swear words, a sailors' knot, writing Chinese, how to braid hair, surprise me!
