Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To be wise, clear my mind, survive, potentiate life for me and others.
ABOUT ME
We are a, hopefully, fun and open-minded family and a dog. We are: two enthusiastic kids, Anastasia (thirteen years old) and Saren (ten years old), a wanna-be vagabond (Santiago) and a bipolar afghan hound who yearns to run free and unhindered, like the rest of us. We are somewhat relaxed and though usually busy, try as much as we can to take a breather every day.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
It seems like modern society tends to push people more and more to live in isolated, crystal bubbles, imprisoned in routines and responsibilities that alienates us from one another, forming invisible barriers where independence reigns and relations or interactions can be easily disposed off. Couchsurfing seems like a great way to bring down those barriers and reconncect with people; Perhaps even form significant bonds before it is too late. Hoping to find new ways to reconnect, we want to host as it is in our means to do so at the moment. Hopefully we will eventually couchsurf as well.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Mostly staying with family or friends, or friends of friends. I must definitively say that they have taught me a lot and have strongly influenced in who I am today.
Interests
LIFE, in its myriad aspects. More specifically, the mind/brain, cultures and the variety of perspectives and feelings that derive from them, reading, painting, listening and discovering new essential music, interesting photography and ideas, and most of all spending family time. Of course, going to a restaurant every now and then doesn`t hurt, as well as some sports.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
No truly extraordinary events here, though a sort-of road trip to the coast in Colombia with our recently-born daughter, a partially functioning car and very little money could fit in. Does not sound all that crazy, but it was quite the experience. Oh, and being chased by angry bees, and climbing Mt. Fuji.
