Overview
About Me
Bunkered down in Hood River, Oregon for the time being. I mentor 6th graders and high schoolers, awhile teaching about the outdoors and community. I like to seek all opportunities to be outside, exploring as much as possible. I have previously worked with multiple non-profits doing peer services and mentoring, as well as volunteering.
I am a firm believer of kindness, optimism, and overall good vibes.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Some of my most favourite experiences have come from housing other couch surfers. I have met so many wonderful beings throughout my own endeavors, as well as others'.
Interests
Huge nature enthusiast, consistently on a quest to see more things outdoors. I love immersing myself in the wilderness. I'm also an average ukulele player who makes art (in a multitude of mediums), and cooks for fun.
I plan to hike the PCT in 2020.

Music, Movies, and Books
I'm not a big reader because I have the attention span of a child, but The Four Agreements is my favourite book currently.
Electrick Children, The Perks of Being a Wallflower, Pan's Labyrinth, Silent Hill, Rocky Horror Picture Show, Donnie Darko, Party Monster & the list goes on.
(I am thoroughly in love with all of the Studio Ghibli movies)
I listen to a lot of indie, alternative, lo-fi, pop-punk. Super into music that came from the 90s or early 2000s as well.
I'm a foodie as long as it's vegetarian!
Teach, Learn, Share
I am an open book, here to read others' tales, and share my own.
