I can also offering a queen-sized mattress with pillows and blankets ensures a good night's sleep, while towels, clothing options, and toiletries are readily available if needed.

• Wifi Connection
I provide unlimited WiFi with speeds up to 100 Mbps. There are three plug points available, along with an extension cord, allowing you to charge more than five devices simultaneously.

• Amenities
I also provide a washer machine, rice cooker, oven, bakery tools, air fryer, freezer, steam iron, and a Coway water dispenser. Feel free to use any of these amenities as needed, ensuring convenience and comfort during your stay.

I have a well-equipped entertainment setup in my home, featuring a TV with Netflix and YouTube, as well as a PS4 for gaming enthusiasts. Additionally, I offer a variety of indoor games including a guitar, carom board, and chess. If you enjoy outdoor sports like badminton, tennis, or ping-pong, I can arrange a court booking with prior notice of at least one day.

My studio boasts a range of recreational facilities including a swimming pool, gymnasium, ping-pong area, tennis court, snooker room, and a tranquil library.

I extend hospitality beyond the confines of my studio by offering to drive you for sightseeing around Johor Bahru during my free time. I will try my best to host you with approach prioritizes comfort, convenience, and memorable experiences. You can expect a welcoming environment where you can relax, socialize, and explore both the amenities within the residence and the vibrant city of Johor Bahru.
