Kind and honest, I have been bought up to think of others before myself. I endeavour to be polite, courteous and empathetic.

Happy go-lucky and very easy to get along with, I take a genuine interest in the people I meet and the stories they tell. Like so many Couchsurfers, I'm really keen to learn and build friendships :)

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

When I stay with anyone, I understand that opening your home to me is a tremendous act of generosity. One that I will certainly endeavor to reciprocate by participating in your home, helping you out, cooking for you, whatever I can do to show my appreciation :D

I'm intent on carrying on the spirit of Couchsurfing when I return home to London! Already I'm looking forward to sharing my knowledge of the city and my home with travellers as intrepid as I am.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I'm new to Couchsurfing but I think it's a fantastic tool. I'm enthusiastic about it because, by enabling you to engage with local people, Couchsurfing certainly removes the barriers of traditional travel.

I can't wait for my first Couchsurfing experience!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

When I visited Iceland I slept on a glacier in just my sleeping bag I watched the Northern Lights all night but I was so cold!

In Brazil I hiked through snake infested jungles for 3 days, sleeping in my hammock at night just to reach a pristine stretch of narrow beach and sleep beneath the stars.

In Christchurch, New Zealand, I spent a week with architect and 'Garbage Warrior' Mike Reynolds learning how to build a radically sustainable building made from tyres, glass bottles and aluminium cans.

I went to one of the best parties in Victoria, near Rosario in Argentina, during their Carnival week.

Recently I spent a whole day doing every bungy jump in Queenstown, for free!
