I try have as much fun as possible. My life philosophy is probably something along the lines of, Be kind and focus on the good. :) I love food, will eat anything if it's tasty, the stronger and spicier the better. I love making music, long, meandering conversations, sharing stories, trying out new things, and of course, practicing yoga :)

I'm taking a break from running my own business and teaching yoga to learn new stories and ways of seeing the world. To meet interesting people and find out about their journeys and destinations - on the actual Earth as well as in their hearts and minds!

All-time favourites: Coheed & Cambria, Counting Crows, Smashing Pumpkins, Jimmy Eat World, Bill Withers, Eisley, the Black Keys, anything from the 60s makes me feel good

Films: Big Fish, the Count of Monte Cristo, Gone with the Wind, Fight Club, Who Framed Roger Rabbit, anything animated!

Books: children's picture books are my favourite - especially those in other languages!
