PHILOSOPHY

Treat people as you will want to be treated. Be honest and sincere even in the most difficult times. Do not judge by colour, race or tribe regardless of whatever experience you must have had in the past. Always remember, its a small world.

You are guaranteed of your privacy while couchsurfing with me, but maybe for the first day. And if you try it again, the next day you won't stand a chance. You will have to get yourself a hotel room, because if you choose to stay on your own I will come and pester you, I will nag you for cigarettes (even though I don't smoke!). I will think of a hundred other ways to irritate you, and do you know why? Because I just don't like it. As an African, you see, we have a philosophy and that is 'NOT BEING ALONE'. We consider our guest as a family and WE DON'T LIKE 'ALONE':)
