Hello! I'm a young portuguese guy looking for taking a great time in planet earth :) I work in a digital marketing agency as a SEM consultant (for the last 5 years). I'm also graduated in Tourism. Always lived in Portugal (last years in Lisbon).

I’m an addicted to the Digital Marketing area and to the travel business. Passionate by the patterns that our communication industry is following, and with the new techniques used to know what the new generations of people are looking for. I’m searching to create my own story in this trendy world that is growing so fast.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've known about Couchsurfing for a long time and since then I understand that is one of the best way's to meet one of the purposes of travel: meet the local community and have the opportunity to see the country through their eyes! In 2024 I'll do the biggest adventure of my life (2 months and a half travelling from coast to coast on USA). Joining my will to meet and engage with local people and culture with the need to travel on a budget I decide that Couchsurfing (and hitchhiking) was the answer to my journey and a unique opportunity to try it :)

It will be my honor to share anything I can with my hosts, my language, my professional skills (digital performance marketing), etc.
One of my goals with my trip is to improve my level of english, so good conversations we'll help definitely :) Also want to learn about the local culture and since I'll be travelling on a budget tips about cheap places to eat, cheap ways to walk around on the city's and that type of stuff we'll be great!!
I've traveled to some countries in Europe and other places and in addition to sharing experience from those places I'll be more than happy to share the story's there I'll have along the 3month hitchhiking across the US (and receive advises from locals of course).

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can share a good conversation with no tabu topics. I can also help on the house cleaning, laundry (I'll need it too probably :D) and other house tasks. The way of cooking in PT is also something I can share, even though my speciality is lasagna (not everyone's? eheh).
